Dr. Brandy Hill

Dr. Brandy Hill brings over 30 years of dynamic leadership to Aether Precision Innovations, merging her U.S. Air Force-honed discipline with a passion for strategic curriculum development and defense technology. With expertise spanning C-UAS, public health, and professional growth, she has designed impactful training programs that have supported over 89,000 learners across 175 sites in 11 countries, securing multimillion-dollar outcomes, including $80M in asset-backed training initiatives.

A retired U.S. Air Force leader, Dr. Hill held key roles in Air Force Central Command and served as Squadron Superintendent, where she developed mission-critical training and infrastructure security programs. Her military service instilled a knack for precision and resilience, qualities she now channels into business development, training innovation, and federal contracting. She has been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with DoD, DHS, and global defense leaders, spearheading collaborations with agencies such as the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and driving $22.5 million in market growth.

Most recently, Dr. Hill served as Outreach Coordinator at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), leading a team in executing 250+ stakeholder engagements annually and enhancing program efficiency through digital transformation strategies. She has also been at the forefront of C-UAS training and curriculum development, ensuring cutting-edge solutions for military and security operations worldwide.

Dr. Hill’s credentials include a Doctorate in Public Health, along with certifications in Business Development from Shipley, Human-Centered Design, and InfoSec GRC Analysis. As an FAA-licensed Part 107 and a EU drone pilot, she brings deep expertise in airspace operations and emerging defense technologies.
