Holding a degree in Air Traffic Operations and Management, EA retired from the USAF and transitioned to industry, partnering under contract with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). There, he served as the lead C-sUAS instructor, UAS pilot, and curriculum developer, designing innovative training platforms and directing test events for cutting-edge C-sUAS technologies.

Previously, EA held key roles, including Joint Multi-Domain C-sUAS Instructor and Training Center Manager, where he developed and delivered advanced training programs, managed multimillion-dollar assets, and supported global readiness initiatives for the Joint Counter UAS Office. His expertise spans flight test design, software regression testing, and multi-layered C-UAS solutions, underpinned by a proven ability to coordinate with interagency and international partners.
